Covid-19 & Backorder News

As of May 19th, 2021 the Nyko Sound Pads for PS4 are on backorder. They are due in June 1, 2021.

As of May 18th, 2021 shipping for orders under $100 is now $8.95. 

Update as of March 27th, 2021. The accident in the Suez Canal has not yet affected our shipping times. Should things change we will post it here. As of now items are shipping within 1 business day. 

Update as of March 12th, 2021 due to rising shipping costs we are no longer able to offer free shipping on orders under $100. Orders under $100 will be charged as follows:

$1.00-49.99 - $4.95 shipping 

$50.00 - 99.99 $8.95 shipping

Orders of $100+ will still ship for free.

Update as of February 25, 2021, Items are shipping within 1 business day. 

Update as of December 20, 2020. Items are shipping within 1 business day. 


Update as of December 2, 2020. Items are shipping in 1-2 business days. Shipping is free in the Continental USA. 


Update as of November 9th, 2020 - Items are shipping promptly. Orders place before 1pm Central Time ship same business day. After 1pm Central Time will ship next business day. Free shipping in the Continental USA. 


Update as of October 19th, 2020 - Orders placed before 1pm Central Time generally ship the same day. Occasionally items will not ship until the next business day. In each case you will still get an email from us with the tracking info. If this shipping time changes we will post an update.

All Hartland Emporium employees who are able to work from home have been instructed to do so and collaborate virtually. Enhanced cleaning protocols and distancing requirements have been implemented to protect the essential employees remaining on site.

Our purchasing team is working hard to keep us stocked with the items you need. They are placing advanced orders and collaborating with our suppliers to minimize long lead times.

Our technical and customer service teams are on-hand via email or by phone to suggest alternate products if the item you need is not available.

This is the most responsible way Hartland Emporium can continue to care for our co-workers, customers, and our community in a manner that is healthy and safe. We are taking our role in containing this pandemic seriously, and we recognize the positive impact our actions could have on making life better for the millions of people who have been impacted by this crisis.
